Resplendent

I followed this pheasant around the garden this morning, including a frustrating few minutes when he "hid" in the shrubbery and whenever I stuck my head in one end of it, he sauntered to the other, keeping enough foliage and branches in between to foil any attempts at photography.

He finally strutted off across the grass then hopped onto the wall, and I got this just before he took to the air.
