Happy Mother's Day

This is what every mother wants on Mother's Day. Peace and quiet and a cuddle.

Simon and I went to Scotney Castle for a photography morning then we stopped at Bodiam Castle for our picnic lunch. It was so warm sat in the sun. My knees decided climbing spiral staircases wasn't happening so we walked round the outside looking for photo opportunities.

Vikki, Martin and the boys came for tea. Knowing I'd be tired from walking around I'd prepped dinner yesterday so I could take it easy while they were here.
