CHANGING TIDES

Feeling a little better than I did but still not right, had a belly ache all day and if you've seen the size of my belly you'll know how painful that is! Spent a lot of the day sleeping off the pain but we managed a couple of hours on the sea front and a coffee in the hotel we were married in several moons ago which was nice. Friends arriving tomorrow so I best get on and recover.
