Lasagne (and guests)

My very good friend, Tony, and his lovely partner, Emma, came across for dinner this evening. I decided to make the lasagne again and I think I might not ever cook anything else again. 

Mind you, it's not a quick dish to cook, so even though I started just after six o'clock, I only slid the assembled lasagne into the oven a few minutes before they arrived at eight o'clock.

It was a lovely evening; lots of chat and plenty of laughs. And, if I do say so myself, excellent food.
