Coffee time

I've mainly been in bed this weekend feeling grim. Roz took me into town today though as I needed coffee beans. They were out of espresso roast at the first place I went to but Frances called the other branch so I managed to get some. Did a trip to the spa to see if the steam room would help too. A bit of fresh air and some sunshine in the outdoor hot tub was a big help too.

Then when walking to meet up with Roz again I bumped into Aimee and Gav, Kirsty and then Mark.

God to get out the house and chat to people despite feeling rough.
