One tame bird

I think that this bird is an Olive-backed Oriole but I am not certain so if anyone knows any better please can they let me know. It seemed to be struggling to move and a magpie came to bully it until another Oriole came to its rescue. I went to see if I could help it but fortunately it flew off after a little while.
