Beautiful day

Out with the walking group again this morning - this time on the South Downs. We began and finished just outside Buriton village - and so it was a no brainer to carry on into the village itself. After several photo opportunities around the pond (which was glorious in the spring sunshine as you can see ) we found a pub garden to enjoy a long cold drink and the warmth of the sun.

On the way back to the car Carolyn phoned to suggest a walk around Heath Pond. Nowhere near as far as the 4+ miles we did in the morning - it seemed the ideal way to continue enjoying the weather. So after a spot of lunch it was back out into the sun for more exercise!

I still managed to get the order of service finished later, ready for Wednesday - so all in all a productive day.
