Portrait of a woman and her dog (hoping this will work for the MonoMonday challenge) :)

So I got up late, and feeling fed up.  

The best thing to do was to get out for a walk.  I've walked 4-5 miles along the canal and its a chilly day, but I was baking hot by the time I got back in the sunshine :)
