More sun

I really need to get out of the habit of doing virtually nothing before an on call, I basically feel like I've wasted a day! Although my cough has been keeping me up at night and with the clocks changing I woke up feeling terrible, so went back to bed for an hour and a half after dropping Alastair at the station. Have pottered around the house doing various bits and pieces but nothing particularly productive!
