Road works!

This road , the high street, in Sant Lluis , Menorca is being semi pedestrianised and will provide wider pavements but parking one side of the street only so reducing parking for pop in shoppers by 50% and reducing turnover accordingly. But it will look nice. The other side and view is that it will provide pavement cafe opportunities for people who..., can't park? Hang on there must be an upside....isn't there?
