Peeling tomatoes

Yep! Again, I'm talking about tomatoes. But tomatoes can't wait, when they are ready, they are! It reminds me a story my mother told me about my grand-mother who used to can and prepare a lot of food for the family during the night. She would start a batch of jam or anything late after dinner time and she would put a timer to make sure to wake her up to finish whatever she had to do. She was really commited and I guess busy! Or she had a really big garden!
