Healthy lifestyle choices!
With a girlfriend, who lives in Canada, we decided that early spring was a great time to get into shape! So we have reviewed our eating habits by cutting down on carbs and (almost) eliminating sugar and moving much more!
I invested in a Fitbit steps counter and have set my goals at a minimum of 5000 steps a day with pushing myself to do 10.000 steps several times a week! I've challenged myself and put my name down for the 20km Lausanne Walking Event which will take place on April 23rd! I haven't done that one since 2007!
