Yummy a TV dinner for a Friday night - lol I just felt too lazy to cook but this was one stacked with loads of veggies so I don't think its too bad to eat as a treat. Last day at work for a week - next week I have loads to do including finally getting my course off for formal assessment (a lot later than I ever imagined).
