Refugees

I cannot tell you how proud I am that our little community will be the first I Wales to sponsor a refugee family from war torn Syria. Our county Council has been one of the last to house refugees but our community group has put a tremendous amount of time and effort  into this new approach towards helping refugee families rebuild the lives from the depths of  despair. 

A public meeting takes place this Friday so the entire community can become fully informed and can then provide the family with a very warm welcome. The picture is the view they will wake up to every morning    taken through the early morning mist.
