chocolate intrusion
I thought I could feature the cake I mentioned yesterday. It didn't quite work out as I intended. I used light brown soft sugar rather than the usual refined stuff. The consistency is not quite right, the light bits too dark and the taste a bit too heavy (it reminds me a bit of banana bread without the bananas). Next time I will use the normal sugar. Still half of it is gone.
Otherwise an unremarkable day.
