R driving her trike around earlier today!

Music this morning with R joining in with all the words to the welcome song! Quick fat club stop in and I hit my second target (after I moved the original one) a stone and a half gone and perhaps that had better do now!

Lunch to celebrrate as usual with the girls and then a sunny walk to get C.
