So I mentioned a few weeks back that I was elected to president of the World Bank/IMF photo society (I think no-one else wanted the job...) ;)

Just finished preparing for the start of the new season: got our monthly speaker, competition theme, a re-branded newsletter that went out tonite, and a new Facebook group through which I hope members will interact in a more casual fashion (can you tell I've been influenced by blip?) :)

Hubby and I are taking off tomorrow for a week in Colorada; our youngest daughter's university team is playing in a volleyball tournament there so we're looking forward to cheering her on. Then we'll bounce around for a few days and visit friends. The camera's already packed! :)
