At the Park.....

....And a great report.
It was an early start today and after dropping the boy at school Jaiya and I headed up into the country to pick up my new desk....and chair (which I bought second hand...cheap).
We drove through some beautiful scenery.......I had traveled this road before  and always happy to do it again.

A cup of tea with Ma and Pa....a quick shop......a visit to the Hospital for an assessment on the state of my health and bones and back down for and interview with Flynns teacher.

He is doing well at school...he got a special award yesterday for quiet sitting and we were told that he is a very respectful and had wonderful manners...not to mention that she was very impressed with his artistic talents and the family got highly commended for the Viking boat....apparently the kids love it and not just the little kids.

I am such a proud Nanny...I reckon if he has good manners and an artistic bent he kinda has if going on.

We took Rumi to the park after school....before what might be an onslaught of some rather threatening weather coming down the coast from the Cyclone...looking out my window the mountains are not visible right now...not a good sign.
