GOODBYE

Today was a sad day for my lovely friend H (one of my holiday friends). She said goodbye to her gentle husband Steve who has fought cancer so courageously for 9 years. He really was one of the kindest people I have ever known.
H was truly amazing as were their 21yr old twins.
Although today was all about Steve I have to give a shout out for the Fab Rev who conducted a touching service and helped to kept everyone ok by regular winks from the altar....I hope the visitors know he is a good friend of the family and wasn't making a pass at H!!! Think Steve would have found that funny.

Goodbye Steve I hope I can strive to be as Kind and thoughtful as you have been....a true example to Christ likeness.
