Didn't let it Lie...

So 13 miles is a lot of reflection time whilst pedalling away.

My reflecting basically changed my mind on the previous days events. It was kind of weird. My thinking about how to tackle what had happened took so much of my attention that by the time I'd gotten to town, I couldn't really recall any of the radio I'd been listening to on the way in.

Anyway, I decide to break my time honoured code of nodding and agreeing in the face of office faffery. My overnight and commute reflection conclusion was that although I wasn't all that bothered, the stick that I was getting whacked with could be more damaging if it struck someone that could take it more personally.

So I challenged it. Got no response which might just be acceptance or... I'm gonna get it tight at my next 1 to 1.

Ach well, could be interesting. In the meantime, got a lot of fiddley knotting to do.
