Solar power

An early night didn't make for a refreshing sleep. Wakened nearly every hour with muscle pain which thinking about it started maybe months ago. So Monday morning I called in sick as I had no energy left and certainly no mental energy. Not the greatest and felt pretty low. So I willed myself out into the sun. Sat in the garden for about a half hour then felt more active and got a few things done about the flat.
