Annoyed

My son's car broke over two weeks ago and the garage we spoke to promised to look at it. Days went by and no one looked at it, finally after a week I asked them what the heck was the delay and the guy said "oh we didn't have anything to tow it with to the garage"!!Strewth I have a solid two bar in my bloody van, he only had to ask. Anyhow I was mad and took the bloody keys from him then asked the chap we use ourselves and he promised to look at it yet he's  no better! What is it with garages. I have finally had to resort to getting him to phone his insurance breakdown service and the big Lochgilphead garage will tow it to his mates garage near Cairndhu. But it makes me mad that these other garages just think they can faff you about!  The lad needs his car as he runs old buddies up and down to the hospital for his work. Mad!
