World view

I'm not sure if this qualifies for the EP3 challenge, but thinking about homemade filters and looking at Markus' brilliant take on it yesterday (his dog seen through his daughter's chest x ray) made me think about the filters we look at our world through on a day to day basis. (akin to seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses).

Does where we live and our cultural standpoint affect how we view world events? I'm pretty sure it does. So here is the newspaper seen through a glass representation of the world..I've angled it with South America in the foreground as a kind of homage to Markus :-)
