Delilah

Such a good day.

We had a speaker visit today. His talk was about the wildflowers of the South Wiltshire Downs which he accompanied with slides. He must have been 80+ and terribly vague but posh. His attrire was typical country gent with heavy cord trousers and a check shirt. Most engaging and delightful.

Lunch was very good and the afternoon's singng was raucous! As we were finishing "Delilah", the door opened and in walked my husband dressed for the gym!  Apparently fire engines were at the Leisure Centre (but no fire) so Clive thought he would pop in to see everyone instead.

It has been a gorgeous day with plenty of sunshine!
