Roadside daffs

Went for a 71/2 mile, mainly trail, run with a friend this morning. A bit grey but with occasional bursts of sun, and the brightness of daffs by a short stretch of road.
(only had the phone but a bit of faffing seems to work okay)
Then helped at café, entertained grandson and sowed a few veg.
Could have done with a snooze mid-afternoon but not really possible with a 5 yr-old around, though did sit down for a bit.
