Always progress

Three years ago I was given a bit of a row by the hygienist and dentist, to be fair I apparently suffer from some gum disease.

I have since been strictly flossing and the situation has improved remarkably. Where previously there were multiple 4s and 5s now there are only two 4s.

Keep it up therefore. Meanwhile stressful day trying to organise another trip for work....
