Muddy shoes

This morning I was driving towards Kirkkonummi to an appointment when I noticed a huge amount of cranes on a field.
( what is a huge amount of birds in english ... flight ? flock?)
Fortunately they were still there when I drove back and had time to stop.
There were about 80-100 cranes eating and resting far on the field.
Unfortunately I had just my 250mm with me and my cityshoes on ...
and managed to take only few photos before they flew away,
such beautiful birds, a magnificent sight.
Maybe I've got to believe that the summer is over ...
