Last ride

It was "breezy" this morning. When I say breezy, I am using the term in its Orcadian meaning.
Undaunted, Luke, my beautiful wife and I got organised and piled into the van to be driven to the start if today's ride.
Despite a few scary moments in really strong winds, it has been another fantastic day riding. Today we rode 37.4 miles with a total of around 3300 feet of climbing. This week, in five days of riding, we have covered over 150 miles and climbed 10500 feet. I hadn't been on a proper road bike before Sunday. I guess I am no longer a novice.
