Tulip

Another look at the tulips I received for Mother's Day.  they are opening up well now.  I love the colours of the striped ones.  I have added a spotlight in PicMonkey to emphasise the drama. Thank you to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.

The Waxwings were back this morning ( you will be really bored with them soon ).  A much larger group today.  I was trying to get a shot but something spooked them and they all flew away, so many I couldn't count them.  One landed on the roof of a house way across the gardens, see extra.  It is not a very good photo, but was at the limit of my lens.
