Flatbread in CDG, Paris

I spent a couple of hours in Charles de Gaulle airport on my way to New York, and my amuse bouche of choice was a flatbread (explaining jamon, not thon) taxed my limited French) with a pleasing Chardonnay. French pub food, really.
