Little Weeds

Many  kinds of weather in one day - rain and wind this morning, brilliant sun in the afternoon, and back to cloud and gloom this evening.

After lunch we went to Melrose. I don't suppose the town's name has anything to do with the colour of the building stone -  a warm pinky-honey colour. It looks lovely in bright sunlight.

Even the weeds looked charming - daisies, toadflax and ivy in a crevice between wall and paving. Best of all, they are not in my garden. !
