Chaste By The Sea

We've arrived in the Algarve, and though I love the sea, it feels like huge culture shock. Until the others arrive, we're staying in a one-room studio flat in a huge holiday complex at Praia da Oura, between Albufeira and Faro. Loads of burly British blokes with huge tankards of beer... everyone talking English... topless sunbathing... in Mourão, they think you're loose if you show a bit of cleavage... Full English!! Matt's Bar - Large Screens!! All You Can Eat Sushi!! Cocktails!! It's a different planet...

Last filter, and thanks to Marcus - a very chaste (no alcohol during Lent) sparkling water with a slice of lemon - interesting how everything is upside down through the water.
