Wedding Blossom Tree?

Well that's what my friend Nicky (in whose garden this is growing) said she has been told. We looked it up and the closest I could find was (possibly) Prunus Ukon or possibly Prunus Shirotae (Mount Fuji) or possibly Eucryphia Glutinosa. Maurice?
