Dead cat and shotgun

The weather is very gloomy this morning, so I think I need an emergency photo. Cat owners frequently resort to a photo of their pet on such occasions, However,  I don't own a cat, so instead I'm posting a picture of one of my 'dead cats' (which is how wind shields for microphones are often described). It fits in rather well with my recent recordings of the dawn chorus. Incidentally, yesterday's dawn chorus was very weak, but it has been a bit better today.
