Super-industrious day.....

A lie in to begin with  (much needed!)
Marking by about 8.30am.
Out to the shed to begin stacking the wood that's been waiting patiently for over a week.  Did about half of it before I got bored (and tired!) so mowed the lawns.  This also involved tidying up some gardens and edges too so things really are looking quite nice.  Returned to wood and did a little more.  Then some indoor domestics (excluding vacuuming as the vacuum died last week) then finally cooked dinner and collapsed onto sofa with wine ;)  It must have been all my scuffling about that brought this fantail to visit - he certainly seemed to have plenty of bugs to feast on.

Repeating much the same again tomorrow I think.  Bed now including an extra hour of sleep thanks to daylight saving.  Won't be so thrilled about the dark evenings that we'll now be getting :(  As mum used to say........'winter draws on.....!?'  And so it does.
