Up with the lark and off to a Core & Restore (backs and tummies) class with my neighbour - mainly because it was free and we were curious...

I suspect I am going to ache tomorrow so did not sign up for more!
My crazy neighbour however, is going back in the morning for Kettlebells!

Such a rainy Saturday here that I've had to look indoors for blip inspiration and found it in the form of what's left of the birthday flowers.

A fire, my book and maybe even a glass of vino beckon.
