Struggling

I'm pretty sure I'm diabetic mouth dry, thirsty all time. Peeing ałot. And unbelievable fatigue. I'm so low. I'm so over weight. I have never weighed this much. I need help. Normally I diet for a while loose 5plus stone and the cycle begins again. But this time I can't even get that far. I have the best daughter I Could ask for and I'm killing myself with food. This is hard to write but I need to do it for me. Any advice appreciated
