Pigs in heaven

That's the innovative concept behind the owners of "Mein Schwein" (my pig). The pigs live in small groups of 15 animals, have plenty of space (around 300 square meters per animal) and can enjoy their life. Well, at least as long as it lasts. Then the meat (prepared and packed neatly) is sold directly to private people that have subscribed for a 1/4 pig or more. The idea has grown from 1 group of pigs to currently 4 groups.

We are glad for the owners, that the idea works out that well and watching the pigs is always interesting and amusing.
