MATCHDAY

Off to the match this afternoon.  Newcastle United 2  Wigan  1.  Great result for " The Toon ".  Still top of the table.  Cautious optimism is creeping in - hopefully they will gain promotion back to  The Premiership.  I have tried a different take on my usual matchday blip. ( the legs and boots belong to some of the Newcastle players.)

The weather was quite mild and it stayed dry for most of the day.
