Chimney Affection

Ellen decided to go out to her studio this evening. There is a sculpture waiting to be seen to. The studio is a converted stable and there is a legacy aroma.

Above all else, Ellen insisted she had a wood burning stove installed. Art to be created in comfort; we've moved beyond the 'sacrifice everything for the art sake'. So first things first, the stove has to be lit and the chimney has to be cuddled in thanks and to get the first of the heat. Only then can there be art action!
