Trip To Hull

My sister and I did a bus trip to Hull yesterday.  It's the first time I've been.  Some lovely old building and a very nice marina.  I loved see the Humber Bridge - very impressive.  

As you probably know Hull is the 2017 City of Culture.  This sculpture of the Weeping Window by Paul Cummins and Tom Piper was originally seen at the Tower of London (see extra blip).  It is installed at the  Maritime Museum which witnessed many of the defining events of the First World War in Hull.
