Church ruin

of St Mary's, Appleton, near Sandringham. Estimates of age vary, it is possible the tower could be Saxon from as early as 1000AD, other parts are more recent eg 300 years old. The earlier houses of Appleton are largely gone, but a farm and associated housing are in active use.
