Gratitude

Houseguest Dani leaves tomorrow after 6 weeks (or thereby) in the spare room.

She's going to travel around for 10 days before heading home to Bavaria. Tonight she presented me with a goodie bag - coffees and chocolates from the world famous (almost ) Cafe Fino in Mammendorf. That's in Bavaria, a bit west of Munich.

By a strange coincidence, we drove through Mammendorf last week on our way to the Alps - only because we took the wrong road.
