New river and train service

It has been rumoured locally for several weeks that we Purbeckians are to have the benefit of a service directly from Purbeck to Paris via train and boat.  Here is the proof: at Norden Station, this train is to travel up to the River Frome.  From there its passengers will travel by boat from Poole Harbour and via the lower reaches of the Seine to Rouen (Normandy/France) and from there by train to the Gare Saint-Lazare in central Paris.

Locals are very excited, but it is feared that some of them may have omitted to take their passports.
