Yep, again

Up stupidly early again, so it was into the garden for herbs, simmering with mince & tomatoes for 90 minutes and making a cheese sauce from scratch using milk warmed with shallots, our bay leaves & peppercorns. By 10am there were two splendid lasagna in the fridge so it was off to the beach.
Beautiful sunshine and hours of humans paddling, dogs swimming and tennis balls being chased. Missy is on the lead in this shot due to repeatedly pretending to be deaf and sodding off. Now we are full from one of the lasagna and the dogs are snoring with bellies full of chicken.
That's how a Sunday should be.
