Bright.

September Challenge Day 5.


Today's 'bright' was supposed to be the kids in their lovely brand new white school shirts but neither of them would co-operate as they were too eager to get to school. Wonder how long that'll last?!?

Anyway, spent all day cleaning the house. It's not just 'clean' now but laboratory-standard sterile, ha, ha! Can't believe how much I did but had to be done, the whole place was an absolute disgrace. There's not a cupboard or drawer, appliance or toy that didn't get sorted out and my bathroom is so clean now it has an echo! I keep going in there just to hear it. That was my second 'bright' choice but then found one of the candles from my birthday cake a few weeks ago and thought that would do.

Just got the oven to do tomorrow then need to make a start on the garden. Don't be too impressed, though, this is a rare event!
