Inchmahome Priory

Wonder for this qualifies for derelict Sunday. Have been staying near Port of Menteith this weekend just in time for the opening of this priory on a wee island. 7 minute boat ride to a place of calm. Didn't spot the Ospreys or otters but came upon 2 nests which might have been abandoned. One had a 1 swan egg and the other had 8 goose eggs.
Yesterday was the first day of the island being used again after winter so the birds maybe put off by the tourists. I hope not.
