Doodle Day

A 'Doodle Day' in a unit I once served in was so called because simply nothing happened and with nothing to do or read the only thing left was to do was doodle.
Today was coffee - work - lunch - work - coffee - work - home - dinner - read - bed.
I guess most people's days follow pretty much the same pattern.
