Saved by the bud!

Ten hours on the road did not leave much time for blip today. I have to say we passed a few nice opportunities but we just did not have time to stop. So, when we got home I ran out at sunset and snapped a few pics around our yard.  This has always been one of my favorites. It reminds me of my cousin Millie. She is the one who introduced me to this flowering plum.
