Some dogs do

Some dogs do is one of Lincoln's current favourite books. He had no idea until today that we have a DVD showing an animated version of the book. He couldn't stop smiling. I needed a lot of distractions for the boys when we got home today. They eat at 5.15 (20ish mins after we get home) but they hadn't adjusted to daylight savings time yet so I had crying and drama from the second we walked in the door. I couldn't even cook tea as planned. Elliott had leftover mashed potato with some peas and corn thrown in and Lincoln had chips and chicken nuggets that I threw in the oven while I fed Elliott (who needed food more urgently). When Daddy got home I finally got a chance to get the proper tea underway.
